Review of Iron Sinners by H.J Bellus

This isn't your Happily Ever After Fairy tale of a story that will have you gushing. It's raw, harsh and at times down right hard to understand.  While I adore the author, this book felt a little rushed and the story line simply isn't a favorite of mine.

The main female Piper Jones, is a self proclaimed bitch who has no problem sleeping her way up the corporate ladder. She has a rocky past that has led her to be numb and uncaring. While I struggled to like her, I could sympathize with her from time to time.

When she ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time, her life does a complete 180 in the opposite direction from what she is used to. Can the trouble she's found herself in soften her up and give her the chance at a life she never thought she'd want?

Griff, better known as Grizz by his MC, isn't a man capable of loving or making promises. He has a rough exterior and an even rougher story. While Grizz's temper was off the charts and he could easily be labeled a man-whore, he did have a sweetness to him that made me not dislike him as a character. After making the decision to try to right a wrong, he and a fellow MC member kidnap Ms. Jones. Then he is met with a situation that will leave him with feelings that he's sworn never to have again.

Will Grizz be forced to walk away from the only family he's known? Can the past keep from ruining the future? Or will everything that has happened be too much, leaving two broken people to crumble alone?  Will Piper learn a new way to live and decide not to settle for what will ultimately make her the reigning queen of the corporate world?
